WINE TASTING TIPS
Tall glass with slender bowl, which captures the nuanced, delicate floral and fruit aromas and guides aroma straight to the nose.
The best temperature to serve Sor Domé is 10 -   12°C.

FOOD & WINE
This youthful but well-structured wine is ideal for everyday drinking, but can also stand up to more sophisticated dishes.

Sor Domé is our tribute to Domenico Savini, our grandfather. Part of his holographic will on the label:
“I recommend to my dear children and grandchildren to love the job and to be honest, active, as we did and to remember me and my wife Luisa”.
