Density for hectare: 3300 spurred cordon rows.

WINEMAKING
Harvest season: first ten days of September.
Cold maceration and ageing in concrete.

WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES
A crisp, full body white wine with fruity flavours on the palate. A smooth versatile wine, it shows stone fruit aromas. The palate is fresh with white peach notes and a good crisp finish.

WINE TASTING TIPS
Tall glass with slender bowl, which captures the nuanced, delicate floral and fruit aromas and guides aroma straight to the nose.
The best temperature to serve Saggiolo is 10 -   12°C.

FOOD & WINE
Pairs with medium bodied dishes with slightly acidic sauces. Try it with “olive all’ascolana”!
