WINE INFORMATION
100% Passerina

VINEYARDS
Family organic vineyards in Petritoli (Fermo), a small village in the centre of Italy.
Density for hectare: 3300 spurred cordon rows.

WINEMAKING
Harvest season: last ten days of September.
Ageing in steel tanks for at least five months on the fine lees.

WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES
A fruit driven nose of peach and tropical fruit with definite floral characters, too. The lively palate has good fruit flavour balanced by a fresh acidity with a long lasting satisfying finish.
Production is very limited, a small cuvée of a few thousand bottles.

WINE TASTING TIPS
Tall glass with slender bowl, which captures the nuanced, delicate floral and fruit aromas and guides aroma straight to the nose.
The best temperature to serve Offida Passerina is 10 -   12°C.

WINE-PAIRING
Very good with all fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with well-structured fish courses and white meat.
