Density for hectare: 3300 spurred cordon rows.

WINEMAKING
Harvest season: last ten days of September.
Cold maceration and ageing in concrete.

WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES
A full flavoured wine with aromas of white flowers and almond. Showing mineral notes and freshness, leaving a long lingering finish.

WINE TASTING TIPS
Tall glass with slender bowl, which captures the nuanced, delicate floral and fruit aromas and guides aroma straight to the nose.
The best temperature to serve La Lunga is 10 -   12°C.

WINE-PAIRING
Very good with all fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with well-structured fish courses and white meat.
