Family organic vineyards in Petritoli (Fermo), a small village in the centre of Italy.
Density for hectare: 3300 spurred cordon rows.

WINEMAKING
Harvest season: first ten days of September.
Cold maceration and ageing in concrete.
Production is very limited, a small cuvée of a thousand bottles.

WINEMAKER TASTING NOTES
Deeply coloured, quite alcoholic wine which has an intensely floral character, sometimes with notes of orange peel and dried fruits.

WINE TASTING TIPS
Tall glass with slender bowl, which captures the nuanced, delicate floral and fruit aromas and guides aroma straight to the nose.
The best temperature to serve Dugnet is 10 -   12°C.

FOOD & WINE
Perfect to combine with fish, seafood, sushi and soft cheeses.
