Carassai and Petritoli estate

It's along the banks of the river Aso that more than 80 years ago the first vine was planted by my grandfather. Now, vineyards cover a hillock, interrupted by farmhouses, ditches and forest plots, which together with the wild animals make it a varied and complex ecosystem.

The selection of varieties has been made by respecting the traditions of the region, opting especially for native varieties, such as Passerina and Pecorino, Malvasia, Trebbiano, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, but also Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and other varieties.

Sant'Elpidio a Mare estate

The soil that characterizes this estate, called Le Rene for the presence of skeleton soil, is suitable to obtain red wines. For that, in this estate Montepulciano is the most important variety we planted.

The winery was founded in 1934 by Domenico Savini, who as a passionate wine producer decided to turn his passion into a business.

Today the winery covers an area of about 90 hectares managed as organic farming. The cellar is equipped with modern technologies and advanced technical support for all the processes, from crushing to bottling step. The laboratory allows constant and precise monitoring of the product.
