The harvest is determined by 3-parameter maturation curve: sugars, total acidity, pH. Thermo-conditioned vinification process for white grapes clarified by must flotation, temperature-controlled fermentation at 16\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Ageing in steel tanks for at least five months on the fine lees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
