Vine microfauna and macrofauna coexist in the vineyard. Hares, roe deers and boars could inhabit the riparian forests surrounding vineyards. Green woodpeckers, hoopoes, magpies, pheasants, orioles, buzzards, kestrels, kites, barn owls and burrowing owls flutter about the rows.

There is also a wide range of insects and other invertebrates, looking for pollen and nectar from wild plant flowers. In fact, during the spring large blooms of daisies, dandelions, anemones, spurge and many other wild flowers paint the estates.

Some other flowers are wild herbs like chamomile, chicory, borage, mallow, fennel, lemon balm, pimpinella and many others.
